Santa Barbara is a coffee region that represents some of the finest coffees in Central America. In particular, the Beneficio San Vincente mill has more first-place Cup of Excellence wins than any mill in the world. Roberto Sabillon having placed 6th himself in the past is no stranger to award winning coffees. His fully-washed coffees are a fantastic example of what can be achieved when a mill is supporting producers. Having raised drying beds has elevated his coffees and produced what we believe to be a class act – The Pacas. Pacas is a natural mutation of Bourbon one of the older varieties in coffee, first discovered by the Pacas family in El Salvador in the late 1940’s it yields great quality when cared for properly.
